What You'll be Doing:
You'll be responsible for owning the Autoinfo product suite across its full lifecycle — from vision and concept through to launch, measurement, and sunset. In this position you will report to the CEO and focus on identifying market opportunities, translating customer needs into a prioritised product roadmap, and working cross-functionally with Engineering and UX to deliver exceptional product outcomes for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Opportunities: Understand customers' needs and develop clear problem statements that drive product strategy. Continuously collect and analyse feedback from customers and stakeholders, and develop a deep understanding of the automotive market including competitors, regulatory landscape, and emerging opportunities.

  • Product Direction: Develop and implement strategic plans for the Autoinfo product suite, creating quarterly roadmaps that support the delivery of business strategy. Act as the liaison between technical and non-technical teams, prioritise the product backlog, and work closely with UX to design and validate low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.

  • Product Success: Own reporting on all product initiatives and drive commercial performance through pricing strategy, stakeholder engagement, and lifecycle management. Develop onboarding, support documentation, and training content, and provide regular insights on product performance, adoption, and utilisation.

  • Product Management: Champion data-driven decision-making by leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights. Act as the subject matter expert for the Autoinfo product suite and stay current with industry trends and best practices in product management.

  • Leadership and Development: Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, open communication, and collaboration within the team. Act as a cultural ambassador for Autoinfo's values and contribute strategic advice to company business planning.

  • Experience working within an agile delivery environment

  • Understanding of user experience principles and customer-centred design practices

  • Understanding of data analytics and how to use data to drive customer engagement and revenue growth

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences

  • Proven time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure

  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to analyse and interpret complex information
