THE OPPORTUNITY

Hands-on Azure integration role. Shape enterprise architecture for a major ANZ retailer. SE Suburbs | $180k–$200k pkg.

A well-established, large-scale retail and distribution business operating across ANZ in the automotive aftermarket and industrial parts sector is looking for a Senior Integration Architect to join their architecture team.

This is a hands-on technical role — not a strategy-only or governance seat. You'll be in the detail: designing enterprise integrations, writing technical specifications, and working closely alongside Solution Architects on FIT strategy and pricing architecture. The team values collaboration and delivery over credentials.

What You'll Do

•        Design and deliver enterprise system integrations using Microsoft Azure services including Logic Apps, APIM, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Data Factory

•        Collaborate with Solution Architects on FIT strategy and pricing architecture

•        Produce detailed technical integration specifications and design documentation

•        Work across ERP, CRM, WMS, and TMS platforms, applying API-first and Domain-Driven Architecture principles

•        Contribute to integration standards, patterns, and governance frameworks

•        Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into integration solutions

What We're Looking For

Essential

•        Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations on Microsoft Azure

•        Strong hands-on skills across Azure Logic Apps, APIM, Service Bus, Event Grid, and/or Data Factory

•        Experience working within an architecture function alongside Solution Architects

•        Ability to produce clear, detailed technical specifications

•        Strong stakeholder communication skills — comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical audiences

•        Experience in API-first and Domain-Driven Architecture approaches

Desirable

•        Experience with MuleSoft or comparable iPaaS platforms (strong proxy for Azure integration capability)

•        Background in retail, distribution, or supply chain environments

•        Familiarity with Terraform or Bicep for infrastructure-as-code

•        Exposure to AKS and containerised integration workloads

•        Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments

Location: South Eastern Suburbs, Melbourne (on-site)

Employment type: Permanent, full-time

Remuneration: $180,000–$200,000 total package including superannuation
