Ozpak Pty Ltd is a state of the art quality focused, contract wine bottling operation, located near Nagambie in the Goulburn Valley region of central Victoria. Our facility is accredited against the BRC and HACCP and standards. Our laboratory is NATA accredited. We’re currently seeking a Laboratory Technician to support our growing operations. About the Role:
As a Laboratory Technician, you'll play a key role performing all the analysis of wine pre and post bottling.

To be successful the following is required:

Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and the ability to work under pressure
A positive, can-do attitude
Preferred but not essential; experience in Quality Control & Quality Assurance, and manufacturing or laboratory environments

Duties include:

Performing routine laboratory tests (e.g. Sulphur Dioxide, pH/TA analysis)
Calibrating and maintaining lab equipment.
Recording and reporting analytical results accurately
Liaison with internal and external customers of the laboratory
Maintaining a clean and organized lab and tasting room environment
Following BRC, HACCP, and NATA protocols

The successful candidate will be required to work on a two week rotational shift basis, Day, Afternoon and Night Shift.
