About the Role

This is a genuine senior role — not a senior title on a mid-level workload. You'll lead technical delivery across groundwater investigations, dewatering projects, and contaminated land assessments, while mentoring the next generation of hydrogeologists and contributing to our business development. You'll have real client ownership and a clear pathway into principal-level leadership as the firm grows.

Key responsibilities include:

- Technical lead on groundwater, dewatering, modelling and resource projects from inception to completion

- Conceptual site model development and numerical model scoping and peer review

- Client relationship management and full project delivery accountability

- Proposal writing and contribution to business development strategy

- Mentoring junior and mid-level hydrogeologists and reviewing technical outputs

- Representing Reditus with regulators, clients, and industry networks

What You'll Bring

- 7+ years' experience in hydrogeology within environmental consulting

- A strong track record delivering groundwater or dewatering projects in NSW

- Experience with contaminated land hydrogeology and NSW regulatory guidelines

- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams with confidence

- The ambition to grow into a leadership role — and the self-awareness to know you're ready

- Degree in hydrogeology, geology, or related discipline (postgraduate qualifications an advantage)
