We’re currently looking for a Laboratory Assistant to join our team on a high-profile infrastructure project in the Snowy Mountains. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in laboratory work, environmental monitoring or occupational hygiene.

You’ll be part of a hands-on team supporting field and laboratory activities in a dynamic project environment.

About the Role

• Collect, handle and prepare samples for analysis

• Assist with day-to-day laboratory operations

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Support equipment upkeep and general housekeeping

• Contribute to safe, compliant site operations

About You

• Reliable, motivated and safety-focused

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Comfortable in a hands-on, physically demanding role

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Basic computer literacy

Requirements

• Australian working rights (no restrictions)

• Driver’s licence

• Ability to work on a DIDO roster and undertake site-based work

• Able to complete pre-employment checks
