Key Responsibilities ....

• Develop and maintain the overall solution architecture covering Copilot deployment, Microsoft 365 configuration, Purview, security controls, and governance processes.

• Ensure alignment between backend platform changes, front-end user experience, and cyber security controls.

• Guide architectural decision-making, trade-offs, and sequencing to support Phase 2 deployment within agreed timeframes.

• Provide architecture advice to governance bodies, including Design Authority and Central Data Governance Steering Committee, supported by clear rationale and risk analysis.

• Ensure the solution supports future scaling of Copilot and other Generative AI tools across Queensland Health.
