You've been the most capable person in the room for years. Nobody let you run it. We will.

One Technical Lead. Not a coordinator, not a meeting-booker. The person who owns the architecture, sets the standard, makes the call and ships.

You will run a team of genuinely clever engineers, report straight to the CEO, and shape how SQiBLE builds across ERP, CRM, integration and custom software.

What you'll own

• Technical delivery across our ERP, CRM, integration and custom software work, R&D and projects alike. You decide what good looks like and hold the line on it.

• The team. You direct and guide them daily, lift their skills, grow their careers and keep the clever ones from walking.

• Architecture and standards. You turn the CEO's direction into the technical plan, then hold the team to it: reusable, shared components, not bespoke one-offs.

• Automation and AI. You drive automation into how we build and what we ship and turn AI and agent capability into reusable platform services.

• Clients. You scope, estimate, walk through solutions and resolve issues, explaining technical calls to non-technical people without losing the detail.

• Risk. You surface it early and own the path out.

AI isn't optional here

We build agent capabilities as platform services, not bolt-ons. AI runs through how we build and what we ship. You already use AI tools daily and you can prove it. “I tried ChatGPT once” ends the conversation.

The kit

PHP, .NET Core, Vue.js, JavaScript, MySQL. ERP and CRM (Infor CSI and Zoho ideal; Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo all fine). APIs, ETL, middleware. AWS and Azure.

The bar

8+ years engineering, 2 to 3 of them leading. Real client-facing delivery. Consulting, implementation or managed services background? Even better.
