Are you an experienced Project Manager with a track record delivering complex data migration and transformation programs?

We're seeking a Project Manager to lead a major business transition initiative where the successful migration, validation and governance of critical business data will be central to project success.

This is a highly visible role that will see you working across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring data integrity, governance, compliance and operational continuity throughout a complex transition program.

The Opportunity

The primary focus of this role is leading a large-scale transition program involving the migration of critical business data between organisations.

You will be responsible for coordinating data migration activities, managing reconciliation and validation processes, ensuring appropriate governance controls are in place and working with both business and technology teams to deliver a successful outcome.

Alongside the transition program, you will also support ongoing data governance initiatives, helping drive improved data quality, ownership and reporting capability across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration and transition activities.
• Manage data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance processes.
• Ensure robust governance, compliance and risk controls are maintained.
• Coordinate business and technical teams throughout project delivery.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors.
• Drive cutover planning, transition readiness and delivery activities.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide project reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
