We are looking for a hands-on Senior Observability Engineer / Solution Architect to drive the next phase of enterprise observability maturity across large-scale, cloud-native environments.

This role sits at the intersection of AWS, modern observability, ITSM integration, and security, enabling a shift from reactive monitoring to proactive, automated, and intelligence-driven operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and evolve a full-stack observability platform using New Relic

• Integrate observability into ITSM workflows (incident, problem, event management)

• Build Observability as Code across CI/CD pipelines

• Ingest and normalise external and third-party telemetry data

• Deliver executive-level dashboards and insights

• Present platform performance and risk insights to senior stakeholders

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a New Relic SME

• Strong AWS expertise across cloud-native and distributed systems

• Experience integrating observability with **ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms

• Exposure to security logging, SIEM, or DevSecOps practices

• Ability to translate complex telemetry into clear business insights

• Confidence presenting to executive and board-level audiences
