About the role

Our client is a highly reputable national professional services firm, and they are seeking an AI Enablement & Adoption Lead to join their business in a full-time capacity. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, this role is pivotal in translating the firm's AI strategy into tangible on-the-ground impact. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology and behavioural change, and will engage with a wide spectrum of stakeholders within the business to embed AI into everyday workflows, lift capability, adoption and confidence.

Key responsibilities

1. Accelerate adoption of approved generative AI tools across all practices through hands-on engagement and workflow integration

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and prioritise implementation projects based on business value and feasibility

3. Design and deliver practical role-relevant AI training

4. Support delivery of the firms broader AI roadmap

5. Champion AI best practices, emerging technologies and industry standards, keeping the organisation informed of developments and opportunities

6. Establish metrics and KPIs to measure AI adoption success, providing regular reporting and insights to senior leadership

7. Contribute to the governance framework for AI initiatives, ensuring ethical considerations, risk management and compliance are addressed

8. Manage change management activities to address resistance, build stakeholder buy-in and foster an innovation-focused culture

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in AI enablement and adoption, within a mid-to-large corporate environment.

2. Proven experience translating AI strategy into practical use cases that are embedded into everyday workflows

3. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing organisational capability programmes, training and change initiatives that drive sustained adoption

4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels

5. A hands-on user of generative and agentic AI with a curious mindset, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
