Job Overview:

Shield Recruitment is seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist, Claude, and Virtual Assistant technologies. The role will focus on building intelligent conversational experiences, automating business processes, and integrating AI capabilities across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist and Claude.

• Build, configure, and optimize Virtual Assistants and conversational AI workflows.

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and business processes.

• Develop and refine prompts, knowledge sources, and AI interactions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and enhance user experiences.

• Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and performance standards.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and conversational AI solutions.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist and/or Virtual Agent.

• Experience working with Claude or similar AI platforms.

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI integrations.

• Experience with APIs and enterprise system integrations.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow development experience.

• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and best practices.

• Experience with workflow automation platforms.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on AI professional with proven experience delivering enterprise AI and virtual assistant solutions in complex environments.
