Program Test Manager
 
About the Role
 
We are seeking an experienced Program Test Manager to lead testing across a major SAP program. You will be responsible for defining the overall test strategy, governance, planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery and business readiness.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the end-to-end program test strategy and test plan.
• Lead all phases of testing including SIT, E2E, UAT, Performance, Security, and Production Verification Testing.
• Manage testing across applications, integrations, data migration, and third-party vendors.
• Drive quality governance, risk management, defect management, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate business readiness and stakeholder engagement across technology and business teams.

Required Experience

• Proven experience leading testing for large-scale SAP Programs
• Strong background in test strategy, quality assurance, governance, and delivery management.
• Experience managing Performance Testing, Automation, Integration Testing, and complex testing environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
