Dynamics 365 Developer
Location: Adelaide, SA
Contract: Initial 6-Month Contract with Potential Extension

About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join a high-performing team delivering CRM and digital transformation initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-scale solutions, contributing to the design, development, enhancement, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project delivery professionals to develop innovative and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and business processes using .NET and C#.
• Configure entities, forms, dashboards, business rules, and workflows within Dynamics 365.
• Develop and support solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Contribute to ongoing platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and development standards.

Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Strong hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 customisation and configuration, including entities, forms, business rules, and workflows.
• Strong development experience using .NET and C#.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 SDK and deployment of managed and unmanaged solutions.
• Experience using Visual Studio, Git, and contemporary development tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile delivery practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working within large enterprise or government environments.
• Experience supporting CRM transformation programs.
• Knowledge of cloud-based Microsoft technologies and broader Microsoft ecosystems.
