As a Security Specialist - IAM, you'll be part of our Information Security team, contributing to the delivery and ongoing uplift of identity and access management across the organisation.

You'll work across strategy, governance and operations, partnering with stakeholders to ensure IAM solutions are fit for purpose, aligned to best practice and support both strong security outcomes and positive user experiences.

This is a high-impact opportunity where you'll influence Identity Lifecycle Management, access governance and third-party assurance, while helping drive continuous improvement across IAM capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and operational governance across Identity and Access
• Management services within workforce environments
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of IAM capabilities while balancing security, compliance and user experience
• Drive uplift and management of end-to-end Identity and Account Lifecycle Management processes, including joiner, mover and leaver controls.
• Lead and mature user access review capability including campaign planning, execution, issue remediation and reporting.
• Manage and maintain security policy exceptions and control testing activities
• Perform third-party security assessments and assurance activities
• Govern managed service providers, including SLA and relationship management
• Partner with stakeholders to remediate IAM risks and audit findings
• Contribute to IAM security standards, policies and business rules
• Deliver operational reporting, metrics and security insights
• Maintain documentation aligned to security controls and compliance requirements
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team capability uplift

Qualifications

• You bring experience working with IAM technologies in complex enterprise environments
• Your understanding of information security concepts spans threats, protocols and platforms
• You'll have experience supporting identity lifecycle management and access governance
• You're confident working across technical and business stakeholders
• You know how to operate in cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
• Your experience includes vulnerability management or broader security practices
• You'll bring exposure to frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST
• You hold, or are working towards, relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM
• You're comfortable working with third-party vendors and managed service providers
