The Opportunity

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will lead the design of end-to-end solution architectures that drive strategic business outcomes.

You'll work closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to deliver customer-centric solutions across CRM, contact centre, and martech platforms.

How will you make an impact?

• Design scalable, end-to-end solutions aligned to strategy and standards

• Translate business needs into practical, customer-focused architectures

• Provide clear recommendations balancing risks, costs, and dependencies

• Drive governance and ensure alignment with enterprise frameworks

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver optimal outcomes

• Act as a trusted advisor influencing key decisions

• Champion best practices and continuous improvement

Across: CRM, Contact Centre, Martech, and Integration platforms

You'll bring

• Proven experience as a Senior Solution Architect

• Strong background in CRM, contact centre, and martech

• Dynamics 365 experience (highly desirable)

• Agile delivery experience in complex environments

• Integration and cloud architecture expertise

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Degree in IT (or similar) and knowledge of TOGAF/SAFe
