In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end order and quoting process across a range of software vendors. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure orders, renewals and enquiries are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing manual and web-based orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Managing quoting activities, ensuring alignment with internal pricing policies and vendor guidelines
• Tracking open quotes and proactively following up to convert to orders
• Resolving order issues, documenting investigations clearly and liaising with relevant teams
• Processing daily invoicing and managing vendor invoicing reports
• Raising renewal agreements across various vendor programs
• Issuing return authorisations in line with company guidelines
• Managing a shared inbox and responding to customer enquiries promptly
• Handling inbound calls in a professional and customer-focused manner
• Using vendor portals to source information and support order processing

• Participate in vendor-led training to build strong product and platform knowledge
• Develop a solid understanding of licensing and annuity programs
• Gain expertise in vendor ordering tools and end-to-end operational processes
