Project Support Officer – Digital Delivery Projects

Join a busy digital delivery environment as a Project Support Officer, providing coordination, reporting, governance and administrative support across ICT-enabled projects. Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline clearance required

Essential Tasks:

• Support project planning, scheduling and coordination activities.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs and governance artefacts.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards and briefing materials.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and governance processes.

Key Criteria:

• Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
• Experience supporting business-led ICT or digital delivery projects.
• Strong written communication skills, including reports and briefings.
• Stakeholder engagement skills with high attention to detail.
