We are currently seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join a major ERP transformation program and play a critical role in delivering several high-value procurement activities.

About the Role

This role will support the procurement and commercial activities associated with a significant ERP transformation program, including the sourcing of:

• SAP S/4HANA System Integration Services

• Independent Quality Assurance Services

• Business Transformation and Change Delivery Partners

Working closely with program leadership, business stakeholders, procurement teams, legal advisors, and external consultants, you will help deliver robust sourcing outcomes that align with program objectives, governance requirements, and commercial expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end sourcing activities across ERP program work packages

• Develop procurement strategies and commercial approaches for complex RFx processes

• Design evaluation methodologies, assessment criteria, and governance frameworks

• Coordinate bid development, release, evaluation, moderation, and recommendation activities

• Partner with business, legal, procurement, and program stakeholders to define requirements and manage commercial risk

• Support commercial negotiations, including pricing models, SLAs, delivery arrangements, and contractual terms

• Assist with contract establishment and supplier onboarding activities

• Contribute to ongoing supplier relationship and vendor management activities

• Ensure compliance with governance, probity, procurement policies, and contractual obligations

About You

You are a commercially minded procurement professional who thrives in complex stakeholder environments and has experience managing strategic sourcing activities within large-scale transformation programs.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities, including complex RFP/RFQ processes

• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated contract negotiation experience

• Experience engaging and negotiating with consulting firms, system integrators, managed service providers, and technology vendors

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent sourcing activities and competing priorities

• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills

• Excellent written communication and procurement documentation skills

Highly Desirable

• Experience supporting ERP transformation programs, particularly SAP S/4HANA initiatives

• Public sector or highly regulated procurement experience

• Knowledge of structured procurement methodologies and governance frameworks

• Experience working within large-scale business or technology transformation environments
