About the Role

Seeking a Data Migration Analyst to support a critical enterprise system transformation, delivering end-to-end data migration across finance, payroll, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own data migration activities including data discovery, mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading
• Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings and data transformation rules
• Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance
• Identify and resolve data issues including duplicates, inconsistencies, and gaps
• Support testing cycles including migration rehearsals, UAT, and post-migration validation
• Provide migration status reporting, highlighting risks and progress

About You

• Experience delivering end-to-end data migration in complex environments
• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and data transformation tools
• Experience working with ERP, payroll, finance, or HR systems
• Experience with Oracle and/or SAP SuccessFactors will be highly regarded
• Solid understanding of data governance, quality, and validation processes
