• Experience working with the Gentrack platform or similar utility billing and CRM systems highly regarded
• Strong proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
• SQL skills for data validation and test verification
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
