About the role

We are embarking on an ambitious journey to empower our users worldwide to reach their ideal weight for good. To help us get there, we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a dedicated technical squad and successfully drive our strategic roadmap initiatives.

As a product expert within our Delivery team, you will act as the vital link for our collective efforts. Working closely with a dedicated onsite team of Designers, Developers and QA, as well as the wider Nutrition, Data and Marketing departments, your role involves deeply understanding our unique challenges ensuring they are clearly articulated and recognised throughout the company. By providing thoughtful leadership and high energy to solve user pain points, you will play a pivotal role in us achieving significant global results.

• Hybrid work role - two days in the office and three days at home

Things you will do

• Shape and set the global roadmap for our mobile iOS and Android apps, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals

• Lead the product delivery with a dedicated team of Designers, QA and Developers to inspire and support varied team dynamics

• Develop and champion growth initiatives to drive engagement and revenue growth, as well as supporting Marketing activities to ensure impact around the world

• Deeply understand our user's weight loss problems through collaborating with our Research, Nutrition and Design teams in gathering insights and advocating for the customer

• Leverage AI to support best practices and innovation from Product Management to enhancing Delivery methodologies

About you

The ideal candidate will have,

• 3+ years experience at a Senior Product Manager level working within a similar rapid, goal-led B2C environment and a proven track record of measurable growth in a mobile or freemium product

• Team leadership with small, fast-paced cross-functional squads to shipping multiple features simultaneously paired with the ability to successfully adapt to and manage different team personalities

• Hands-on experience in launching and and scaling mobile-first products across diverse international markets and user needs

• Demonstrated experience shipping customer-facing AI features and leveraging internal tools to improve individual and organisational workflows

• A results-oriented approach to problem-solving, with proven qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, often translating detailed requirements into success stories across the organisation

• Pragmatic approach to strike the right balance of innovation, strategic investment and incremental product improvements to keep us relentlessly customer obsessed
