Technical Project & Product Manager

Software North develops and supports TriOnline, a cloud-based software platform used by aged care, retirement living and community care providers across Australia.

We are looking for a Technical Project & Product Manager to help manage client projects, coordinate development activities and support the ongoing growth of our software platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both people and technology and wants a varied role that combines project management, client engagement and technical problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage software implementation and development projects.

• Act as the primary point of contact for project clients.

• Gather requirements and translate them into development tasks.

• Coordinate work between clients, developers and support staff.

• Assist with software testing and product improvements.

• Investigate and resolve complex client issues.

• Help prioritise development and product initiatives.

About You

You will have:

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• A proven track record of driving concepts from infancy to completion.

• Experience managing projects or software implementations.

• The ability to work confidently with both clients and technical teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable

• Business Analyst, Product Owner or Project Management experience.

• IT support or software implementation experience.

• SQL, API or general technical knowledge.

• Experience in aged care, payroll, rostering or healthcare software.
