About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated IT Officer to support our growing global business in Forrestfield. This is more than a Level 2 support role, it’s an opportunity to build your influence, shape systems, and step into leading a remote helpdesk team over time. Additional role responsibilities include the following.
  

• Provide Level 2 IT support across hardware, software, and systems
• Troubleshoot issues across desktops, laptops, network, and enterprise platforms
• Support onboarding/offboarding with accounts, access, and equipment
• Maintain systems through updates, security, and performance monitoring
• Partner with vendors and internal teams on projects and improvements
• Help streamline processes and enhance user experience

  
About You

• Prior IT Support or Helpdesk experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS & Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Experience with basic networking tasks
• A problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine desire to help people succeed with technology
• Ability to travel on an as needed basis
