Join our friendly and supportive team as a CRM Operations Coordinator where you'll help shape business processes and development.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll work closely with the Patient Services and Marketing teams, as well as partner doctors and pharmacies to continually improve the custom-built CRM and identify opportunities to drive revenue and make everyone's lives a little bit smoother.

Key Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of the Operations Manager to run workshops, planning sessions, and execution to help build and evolve our custom CRM.

• Be the go-to liaison with our external software engineers, managing development tickets and regularly completing UAT.

• Work hand-in-hand with the Patient Services Team and partner doctors and pharmacies to uncover opportunities to make their day-to-day smoother, and be their first port of call when a bug comes up or a feature request is raised.

• Spot inefficiencies in business processes and suggest improvements, updating system and process documentation as you go.

• Dig into our data when needed and support the upkeep of our business dashboards.

About You

Must Haves

• 1-2 years experience in technical operations or adjacent - you're comfortable with new technologies and genuinely excited to learn new tools and systems.

• You know your way around Excel and you're at ease drawing meaning from large data sets.

• You're a confident communicator, a natural born problem solver and have an eagle-eyed attention to detail.

Nice to Haves

• A Bachelor's degree is nice to have, but we're more interested in what you can do than what's on paper.

• Experience in a fast paced scale up environment where priorities shift and no two days look the same.
