At Digital Canberra, you’ll work with passionate technologists, policy experts, and designers to build and sustain services that matter. We value curiosity, collaboration, and creativity, and we’re committed to helping you grow.

Digital Canberra is seeking a experienced Project Resource Fulfilment Manager to manage the day to day coordination of ICT technical and project management resources across project delivery activities. This role ensures workloads are sustainable, transparent, and aligned with agreed priorities. This is achieved through the ongoing monitoring and reporting of project work, including financial costing and analysis of project activities. The Manager works closely with stakeholders to agree on priorities and assign project tasks to technical teams throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle.

The role collaborates with Subject Matter Expert (SME) team leads and Strategic Business Project and Program Managers/Project Managers and works closely with technical and Operations teams to ensure priorities are aligned across both project and Business-as-Usual (BAU) work. The role also provides resource fulfilment forecasts based on major program and project resource requests, ensuring forward visibility of demand and capacity. In addition, the Manager is responsible for onboarding and training Project Managers to follow established processes for resource forecasting and planning. Under broad direction, this role leads capacity management and project support services, ensuring the successful delivery of complex, strategic initiatives aligned to organisational priorities. With hybrid working arrangements based in Gungahlin and flexibility to work from customer sites or home, this position offers a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture that values respect, integrity, and innovation.

We’re looking for a proactive leader with strong project delivery and quality assurance expertise in areas such as COTS implementation, ICT infrastructure, software development, or business improvement. Ideal candidates will hold relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, AgilePM, ScrumMaster) and demonstrate exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality Project resource management services to support the delivery of digital initiatives that improve public services and want to be part of a forward-thinking team shaping Canberra’s digital future, we encourage you to apply.
