DWS is seeking an experienced SAP Architect with strong experience in the Plant Maintenance (PM) Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) module to deliver high-impact changes across a very large-scale client program. 
You will work as the senior solutions leader, driving critical end-to-end SAP S/4HANA EAM changes, while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver best-practice outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Very substantial experience as an SAP Architect, with specialisation in the Plant Maintenance (EAM) module
• Strong track record delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (EAM) implementations, ideally using SAP Activate methodology and Solution Manager
• Hands-on experience delivering SAP ECC to Suite on HANA (SoH) or SAP S/4HANA conversion programs, including landscape transformation, merging, and global template harmonisation
• Deep understanding of S/4HANA simplification items, readiness assessments, and pre and post conversion activities
• Proven capability designing and deploying SAP S/4HANA solutions using standard and custom Fiori applications
• Strong expertise across requirements gathering, best practice advisory, gap analysis, solution design, BBP documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Hands-on configuration experience within SAP Plant Maintenance (EAM), with cross-functional integration across FICO, MM, SD, and PP
• Strong understanding of key EAM processes including enterprise structure, predictive and corrective maintenance, maintenance execution, notifications, scheduling, spare parts planning, and procurement of services
• Experience with asset master data, reporting, embedded analytics, and modern SAP Fiori user experiences
• Exposure to Agile delivery, sprint management, and Waterfall methodologies
