This role requires strong finance operations knowledge combined with practical, day-to-day experience supporting finance systems. You'll work closely with business users to resolve issues quickly, support BAU operations, and coordinate with technical and offshore support teams to ensure continuity and stability of finance systems.
Applicants must hold Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency (PR), or other permanent work rights - DWS are unable to sponsor or support visas.

Salary: up to $180,000 (inc super) depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support for finance systems used across the business
- Work directly with finance users to understand issues, workflows, and system dependencies
- Troubleshoot incidents, analyse root causes, and coordinate resolutions
- Liaise with internal IT teams, vendors, and offshore support resources
- Support finance processes including AP, procurement, expenses, approvals, invoicing, and reporting
- Assist in stabilising finance system support during the onsite engagement period
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders on issue status, risks, and resolutions
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following systems:
- Maestro / Mastero
- Basware
- SAP Concur
- Data Warehouse / reporting platforms
- Frevvo
- Strong understanding of finance operations and processes, including:
- Accounts payable
- Procurement
- Expense management
- Approval and invoice workflows
- Financial and operational reporting
- Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and system interdependencies
- Strong troubleshooting, issue analysis, and stakeholder communication skills
- Comfortable working onsite and supporting users directly
- Proven experience coordinating with business teams, IT, vendors, and offshore support teams
