We're looking for a Delivery Lead to drive the successful execution of enterprise Data Science, Machine Learning and AI initiatives across a complex, fast-moving environment.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who started their career in Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering or Advanced Analytics and has naturally progressed into leading multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholders and delivering business outcomes at scale.

You'll act as the bridge between technical teams and business leadership, ensuring AI and data products move from concept to production while balancing delivery, governance, commercial outcomes and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of Data Science, Machine Learning and AI programs.
• Managing cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers and Product stakeholders.
• Translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and delivery roadmaps.
• Driving prioritisation, planning, risk management and successful execution across multiple initiatives.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to align AI investments with strategic business objectives.
• Establishing delivery frameworks, governance and best practices for data and AI projects.

Skills we're looking for:

• Previous hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics or AI.
• Proven experience leading the delivery of complex data and AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and modern data platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
