About the Role
 
Green Light is seeking an experienced Change Manager to oversee technical change management governance for a large‑scale migration program within a complex operational environment.
This role is responsible for ensuring that all migration and transformation activities proceed safely, predictably, and within approved operational frameworks. You will act as the central point of coordination between project teams, service management, and application stakeholders to ensure alignment with established change processes and business change cycles.
 
The position requires strong governance capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage change at scale across multiple technical streams.
 
Responsibilities

• Oversee technical change management governance across the migration program
• Establish and manage program‑specific change management processes
• Liaise closely with the Service Management function to ensure compliance with standard change procedures
• Ensure all project and migration activities align with approved operational frameworks
• Facilitate the transition of migration activities into “standard” change processes where appropriate
• Coordinate migration windows to ensure alignment with approved technical and business change cycles
• Incorporate feedback from pre‑scheduling discussions with application and delivery teams
• Ensure change impacts and dependencies are clearly understood and managed
• Maintain clear visibility of upcoming changes, risks, and constraints
• Support governance forums, change reviews, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure change documentation is accurate, complete, and audit‑ready

 
Required Skills & Experience
 

• Australian Citizen with AGSVA NV1 or NV2 Clearance
• Proven experience as a Change Manager within large, complex IT programs
• Strong understanding of technical change management and governance
• Experience working within structured service management frameworks
• Ability to coordinate change across multiple delivery and application teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience managing change for migration or transformation programs
• High attention to detail with strong documentation capability
• Ability to operate effectively in high‑risk or highly controlled environments
