This established consumer products organisation operates at scale across local and international markets and is backed by a strong portfolio of well-known brands. The business is recognised for its collaborative culture, focus on continuous improvement, and commitment to developing long-term career pathways within finance and systems.

An opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join this high-performing team. Reporting to the Systems Manager, the role supports the finance function through ongoing management and optimisation of the ERP environment and will be hands-on across system support, enhancements and projects.

• Acting as the finance systems specialist

• Managing core system settings across the finance function

• Coordinating and performing UAT for system changes

• Acting as the main point of contact between Finance and IT

• Providing system support and training to finance users

• Assisting with system upgrades and integrations

• Supporting major system projects across the business

• Gathering and documenting finance requirements

• Identifying opportunities for system optimisation and process improvement

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring a background across Finance and IT with strong experience implementing and maintaining ERP systems. You will be proactive and analytical, confident working between Finance and IT teams, and bring strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
