What you'll do:

• Assist principals, teachers, and staff with their tech troubles, both in person at schools and remotely.

• Be a problem-solver, using your tech skills to untangle even the trickiest issues.

• Communicate clearly and patiently with everyone you meet, fostering a positive learning environment.

• Be a team player, collaborating with colleagues and educators to find the best solutions.

Bonus points if:

• You're a quick learner with a knack for figuring things out.

• You're comfortable with Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite.

• You have experience with network setups (wired/wireless).
