About the Role
Palisades is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support a Federal Government client delivering complex and secure systems. This role will play a key part in leading DevOps practices, automation, and CI/CD capability uplift across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and drive continuous improvement

• Support cloud migration and Azure pipeline implementation

• Configure and manage Windows application servers and IIS environments

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and environment management

• Troubleshoot performance issues and support DevOps toolchains

• Lead integration, build, and deployment activities across systems

• Provide mentorship and contribute to best practices and standards

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong background in DevOps, cloud architecture and infrastructure

• Proven expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation

• Experience with system design, integration and enterprise-scale environments

• Ability to lead technical delivery and contribute to architectural decisions

• Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to standards

Mandatory Requirements

• Current TSPV Security Clearance

• Ability to work onsite in ACT, QLD or VIC

• Willingness to undergo organisational suitability assessment
