Looking for System Engineer - M365 - Brisbane

Your New Role:
As a Systems Engineer - Microsoft 365, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and overseeing enterprise M365 and identity solutions.
You will lead and support tenant migration initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions across identity, collaboration, and cloud platforms.
Designing and managing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure-based solutions
Leading tenant migration activities including identity cutovers, mailbox migrations, Teams and SharePoint transitions
Providing technical leadership in Active Directory, identity synchronisation, and enterprise application integration
Developing system architecture, solution designs, and technical documentation aligned with government standards
Analysing business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions
Troubleshooting complex system issues and delivering innovative solutions within agreed timelines
Collaborating with stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to ensure successful program outcomes
Maintaining oversight during implementation phases to ensure alignment with approved designs

What you will need to succeed:
7+ years' experience in large-scale Microsoft 365 environments, ideally with tenant migration or separation projects
Strong expertise across Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure services, and M365 applications
Proven experience delivering enterprise-level identity and cloud migration solutions
Hands-on experience with mailbox migration, Teams rehoming, SharePoint restructuring, and conditional access policies
Ability to design solution architectures and produce high-quality technical documentation
Experience working with complex enterprise applications and integration dependencies
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or equivalent experience
Microsoft certifications (M365 / Entra / Identity) highly regarded
