About Us

About the Role
The AI & Automation Analyst is a technical delivery role responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered solutions, agentic workflows and integrations across Tattarang. Working closely with the Head of Delivery and Business Analysts, this role owns the technical build - translating discovery into working, maintainable solutions using agentic coding frameworks and modern development practices. With Tattarang’s AI and automation practice in an active growth phase, this role will be central to scaling it.
What you will do
Design and architect AI and automation solutions — translating requirements from BA-led discovery into technical blueprints and evaluating tools and frameworks to fit each use case
Build and deploy AI-powered agents, automated workflows, integrations and data pipelines using agentic coding frameworks (e.g. Claude Code) and API-based integration patterns
Manage delivery across the full SDLC — version control, testing, documentation and code review — and partner with BAs and stakeholders to keep workstreams on scope and schedule
About you
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), with a solid understanding of modern SDLC practices
Three to five years in a technical delivery role with hands-on experience building automation, integration or AI-powered solutions; proficiency in Python or TypeScript and practical experience with APIs, webhooks and agentic coding frameworks (e.g. Claude Code, LangChain)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication — comfortable translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and working with ambiguity in a fast-moving practice
