 Our client is seeking a hands-on Field Technician to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering maintenance, break-fix and emergency support services, ensuring critical technology systems remain operational, reliable and efficient.
 
Skills & experience required

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across Windows environments.
• Experience supporting Active Directory, servers, and infrastructure components.
• Knowledge of desktop hardware, software deployment, and end-user support.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in field-based environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
• A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to various client sites.
• Exposure to network troubleshooting and infrastructure support would be highly desirable
• Relevant Microsoft or IT certifications will be highly desirable.
