This Brisbane-based hybrid working opportunity is a 12-month contract for an experienced Project Manager to support the transition of a large-scale digital platform. The role will focus on ensuring a smooth shift from legacy systems, improving customer experience, and delivering targeted enhancements across business and technology teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive delivery of initiatives to improve and stabilise a transitioning digital platform
• Identify gaps in functionality, processes, and user experience and coordinate solutions
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and key dependencies
• Monitor risks, issues, and progress, providing clear and timely reporting
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
• Ensure alignment between operational needs and system capabilities
• Support collaborative delivery practices across multiple teams

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated experience delivering digital or system transition projects - CRMs, HCMs, ERPs
• Exposure to CRM or customer portal platforms (e.g. Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow, Adobe)
• Strong skills in project planning, governance, and risk management
• Experience working in structured or regulated environments
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities
• Experience using delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Background in digital transformation or system integration initiatives
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches
