An exciting opportunity exists for a Solution Architect to support a major enterprise transformation program involving the modernisation of core business, retail, and operational platforms.

Working alongside program architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams, you'll design end-to-end solutions spanning multiple systems and business processes while ensuring alignment across several concurrent transformation streams.

This role is ideal for a hands-on architect who enjoys solving complex business and technology challenges across interconnected platforms.
Key Responsibilities

• Design current-state and future-state solution architectures.
• Develop end-to-end solutions spanning multiple applications, integrations, and business processes.
• Translate architecture principles and design decisions into implementable solutions.
• Create solution options and support architectural decision-making.
• Identify and resolve process and solution gaps between programs.
• Partner with business stakeholders and delivery teams to validate solution designs.
• Review vendor and systems integrator designs for alignment and consistency.
• Produce high-quality solution documentation and architecture artefacts.

About You
You will bring:

• 6+ years' experience in Solution Architecture and technical design roles.
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end solution designs across multiple systems.
• Strong business process design and process mapping capability.
• Experience working across ERP, retail, customer, or operational technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.

Desirable Experience

• SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC exposure.
• Retail or point-of-sale environments.
• Understanding of integration architecture, APIs, master data, and data flows.
• Experience within regulated industries.
