The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, you will lead the design, governance, and execution of the enterprise transformation agenda, translating strategic priorities into practical, executable initiatives that deliver tangible business value.

Operating as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, you will influence decision-making at the highest level while building a scalable transformation capability across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategy into a clear transformation roadmap spanning people, process, technology, and operations.
• Stand up and embed governance frameworks, investment disciplines, and portfolio prioritisation mechanisms
• Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment to organisational priorities and strong ROI outcomes.
• Drive benefits realisation and enterprise performance through robust reporting, metrics, and accountability frameworks.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and accelerate strategic delivery.
• Lead and develop a small high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Provide executive-level insights, reporting, and recommendations to support board and leadership decision-making.

About You
You are a strategic and commercially minded transformation leader who can operate confidently at executive level while driving disciplined delivery outcomes.

• Extensive experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation or strategic program portfolios within complex organisations.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution, with strong governance and delivery discipline
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience with investment cases, ROI, and benefits realisation.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing capability, including board and C-suite exposure.
• Experience operating in regulated environments and navigating organisational complexity
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience within early education or aged care sector highly desirable.
