The role
 
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded technology professional who enjoys working directly with business stakeholders and building solutions that make a real impact.

Working closely with one of the firm's largest clients, you will become a trusted technology partner to business stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their operations and helping design and deliver practical technology solutions that create real business value.

Combining business engagement, solution design and hands-on software development, you will work across a variety of initiatives, translating requirements into applications, automations and workflow solutions. You will be equally comfortable engaging with stakeholders, understanding business needs, and taking solutions from concept through to delivery.

The role will also involve working with the firm's proprietary AI platform and identifying opportunities to leverage AI technologies to improve business processes, enhance user experiences and deliver greater value to stakeholders. We are seeking someone with experience working with AI-enabled solutions and emerging technologies, who can translate these capabilities into practical business outcomes.
 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders within a key client environment and develop a deep understanding of their business operations and priorities.
• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain applications, automations and workflow solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Act as a trusted advisor on technology-enabled process improvement, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Manage multiple initiatives and priorities, taking ownership of outcomes from concept through to delivery.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including documenting requirements, solution designs and implementation approaches.
• Work with the firm's proprietary AI platform to develop and enhance AI-enabled solutions for business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, reduce risk and enhance user experience.

 
 
Key Requirements

• Proven experience in software development, technology consulting, solutions delivery or a similar role.
• Strong ability to engage directly with business stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Hands-on software development experience, with the ability to design, build and deploy applications and automations.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes.
• Experience operating within large, complex or enterprise environments.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in understanding how businesses operate.
• Demonstrated experience working with AI technologies and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Strong understanding of how AI can be applied to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to identify, design and implement practical AI use cases within a business environment.

 
Desirable Experience

• Legal qualification or legal industry experience.
• Experience within financial services, banking or other large enterprise organisations.
• Consulting, professional services or client-facing technology delivery experience.
• Experience implementing or supporting AI solutions within a professional services, legal or enterprise environment.
