NostraData is building a healthcare platform; the work is significant, the deadlines are real. The platform sits at the centre of how a lot of Australians access care, and now we’re adding two more developers to the team.

The role
Your value here is your thinking — what we’re building, why we’re building it that way, and what each decision costs us on the other side. Modern engineering means working alongside AI tools as a coding partner, and the engineers who get the most out of that combination are the ones who can articulate intent clearly and review what comes back with judgement. That’s the work.

What you’ll bring
3–5 years of professional development experience. Strong PHP and JavaScript - that’s what the platform runs on today, and arriving fluent means we can spend our time on the interesting questions. We may move toward Laravel and Inertia down the track, so an interest in that direction is a plus — though framework allegiance matters far less to us than the ability to learn a stack and reason about it. We’re looking for someone who’s shipped in environments where reliability mattered, who’s comfortable working with AI tools as part of how the job gets done, and who’s at ease when not everything has been decided yet.
