We’re currently partnering with a number of enterprise organisations across Melbourne who are investing heavily in their cloud security and detection capability within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Due to ongoing project demand, we’re looking to connect with experienced Cyber Security Engineers who have worked hands on with Microsoft Sentinel and Azure security.

This is not a BAU role. These are project driven environments where you’ll be stepping into active uplift programs and making an immediate impact for at least 6 months with a high likelihood of extensions. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Implementing or optimising Microsoft Sentinel environments
• Developing and tuning detection use cases (KQL)
• Improving alert quality and reducing noise across SOC environments
• Working closely with security and cloud teams on uplift initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel (essential)
• Experience with Microsoft Defender suite (Defender for Cloud, Endpoint, Identity)
• Strong understanding of Azure security fundamentals
• Background working in enterprise or complex environments
• Ability to hit the ground running in contract roles

We’re keen to speak with contractors who are:

• Immediately available OR coming available in the next 2–4 weeks
• Open to day rate contract work in Melbourne
