The CSC Group is one of Queensland's leading community club groups within the City of Moreton Bay, operating four licensed venues and six foundational sporting clubs.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Systems Administrator to join our team and work closely with the Group IT Manager in supporting and maintaining the Information and Communications Technology environment across the CSC Group.

Working across a broad range of systems and technologies, you'll tackle varied challenges, work closely with teams across our venues, and help keep operations running smoothly. About the Role

Reporting to the Group IT Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting and enhancing the Club Group's technology infrastructure while providing high-level technical support across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administering and supporting servers, networking equipment, audio-visual (AV) setups, and security camera systems.

• Performing routine system maintenance including patching, firmware upgrades, backups and security updates.

• Providing technical support and acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues.

• Supporting Microsoft environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint and Entra ID.

• Assisting with the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects

• Maintaining and supporting network infrastructure including VLANs, DHCP, DNS and VPN technologies.

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, system diagrams, asset registers and support articles.

• Monitoring and maintaining the security of organisational systems, data and networks.

• Investigating recurring issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.

• Developing automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual administration.

• Building strong relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

• Travelling between our various sites within Moreton Bay to provide onsite support and project assistance.

About You

You can work independently, manage competing priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A desire to help plan and implement business changing initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience in a Systems Administrator or IT support role.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint and Entra ID.

• Experience supporting Windows Servers and Domains (including Hyper-V) Active Directory and Group Policy.

• Experience diagnosing and repairing desktop and laptop hardware.

• Experience working with ticketing and remote monitoring and management systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A drivers licence, and access to a reliable vehicle.
