About the Role

In response to rapid growth over the last 12 months, and an increasing focus on Enterprise clients and agentic AI development, SprintSuite is hiring a new Product and Delivery Lead, reporting directly to the CEO.

The focus for this role is to bring structure, efficiency and operational effectiveness to the existing product and engineering team, while ensuring best-in-market outcomes for both clients and sales.

This role will be a senior technical leadership hire responsible for owning the company's product roadmap and all delivery functions - from engineering and product management through to support operations and complex client implementations. This role is the critical lever for removing the CEO from delivery decisions, implementation involvement and engineering bottlenecks.

The role requires strong product thinking to drive a meaningful roadmap, sufficient technical credibility to lead an engineering manager and their team, and the commercial awareness to manage client-facing Enterprise implementations without handholding from the CEO.

The right person will be a pragmatist who gets things shipped, a forward-thinker who can plan ahead to meet requirements, and a leader who develops ever-increasing capability and confidence in the team beneath them.

What You'll Do

  • Own and publish the rolling product roadmap, prioritised against company strategy and client needs

  • Lead and develop the Product Manager, Engineering Manager and Support Lead

  • In the event of complex Enterprise client implementation projects, own these end-to-end, from scoping and delivery planning through to handover, in collaboration with the customer success team

  • Define and govern delivery processes: engineering cadences, release management, QA standards and post-implementation review

  • Work with the Engineering Manager to balance capacity across product development, client implementations and support obligations

  • Manage escalations from the Support Lead and Engineering Manager; be the final internal escalation point before the Chief of Staff or CEO

  • Represent product and engineering within the business, and when needed, with clients

  • Build, maintain and evolve the implementation playbook as client complexity grows

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leads on commercial inputs to the roadmap, ensuring high-value client needs are reflected in prioritisation

  • Make product, engineering and delivery decisions with confidence based on your understanding of business priorities, strategic imperatives and client requirements

  • Over time, build the team and processes that can support significantly higher client volume and implementation complexity, and make recommendations to the leadership about resourcing requirements to do so.

What We're Looking For

  • You have a strong product management background with direct experience leading engineering or delivery teams, product discovery, backlog management, and delivery management, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Proven track record managing cross-functional technical teams in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder client implementations — comfortable being the most senior internal person in the room

  • Ability to translate strategic goals into a prioritised, executable product roadmap that the engineering team can deliver against

  • Sufficient technical depth to have credible conversations with engineers, review architecture decisions and challenge scope

  • Strong stakeholder management, internally with commercial teams and externally with enterprise clients

  • Experience scaling delivery operations as a business grows, including building process and tooling that outlasts the individual

  • Familiarity with - but not an inflexible adherence to - agile delivery methodologies

  • Experience in other growth startup environments will be well regarded. You’re comfortable in the relative flexibility of the typical startup environment, as you understand that priorities can change and problem solving requires a calm, pragmatic approach

  • Confidence in addressing the wider business as a team leader

  • A proven ability to build a positive team culture, and in turn contribute to the culture of the rest of the business by growing cross-functional confidence and respect.

About SprintSuite

SprintSuite is an all in one business management platform built specifically for mining contractors. We connect field operations, workshop, finance, and compliance into a single system used daily by operational teams across Australia.

It's an exciting inflection point in the business' history to join - we are scaling quickly and building AI driven features, dashboards, and workflows on top of a complex operational environment that is quickly expanding out into a significant Enterprise presence.

But the product is only half the story. The reason people stay at SprintSuite - and the reason our clients trust us - is the people who show up here every day.

We've built a team of genuinely talented people who are also, refreshingly, just real. The kind of colleagues who'll tell you the truth, back you when it counts, and celebrate the wins like they mean it.

We assume you're smart and treat you like an adult. We give people real ownership and the room to run with it. And we've worked hard to keep the things that make a workplace worth turning up to: honesty, generosity, and a sense of humour that makes the whole team's day better.

If that sounds like the kind of place you've been looking for, we'd love to meet you.
