The IT Specialist is responsible for leading and maintaining the organisation’s technology infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing systems across key platforms including POS, inventory management, and e-commerce.

Working closely with Operations, Finance, HR, and external partners, and functionally reporting to Onitsuka Tiger Head Office IT, In addition, the IT Specialist collaborates with the Netherlands Global IT team to deliver ERP and global IT initiatives across both front-end business and back-end systems. this role delivers effective IT solutions that support business growth and minimise operational risk. The IT Specialist drives system optimisation, manages vendors, and leads incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience across retail stores and head office. The role also plays a critical part in protecting company data and ensuring compliance with relevant data protection requirements.

＜DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES＞

• Optimise front-end (EC/DTC/POS) and back-end ERP business processes, including order management, supply chain, and finance SAP S/4HANA experience advantageous.

• Manage and optimise corporate applications.

• Lead business and IT projects, delivering both global initiatives and regional projects.

• Take full ownership of the organisation’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, endpoints, cloud platforms, and retail systems

• Plan, design, configure, and deploy new systems or upgrades to meet organisational and operational needs

• Maintain and optimise networks, WiFi, VPNs, firewalls and cloud environments

• Oversee data backup processes, disaster recovery plans and endpoint security compliance

• Provide expert level troubleshooting and resolution for complex technical issues across head office and retail stores

• Manage technical escalations from staff, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruptions

• Deliver high level support for hardware, software and associated peripherals

• Deliver and maintain IT security best practices in line with global ASICS security policies. Protect data integrity, manage access control, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Conduct periodic audits of systems, permissions, and security posture

• Lead and deliver IT projects including cloud migrations, system upgrades, store/office openings or relocations and network enhancements

• Oversee the full IT asset lifecycle-from purchasing and deployment to tracking and replacement

＜QUALIFICATIONS＞

• 5+ years of IT experience supporting ERP systems and corporate applications.

• 2+ years of experience supporting E commerce business. POS system experience is an advantage.

• 3+ years of in-house IT experience; experience within luxury or fashion brands is highly regarded.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Overseeing network administration, server infrastructure, cloud services and end-user support

• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
