  • Gain hands-on experience in large-scale IT operations
  • Work within a diverse and inclusive team environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Log, triage, and resolve incidents within service standards
  • Troubleshoot user access, Windows environments, printers, and network issues
  • Deploy, configure, and test IT equipment across multiple sites
  • Support ERMO setup, synchronisation, and return processes
  • Stage, update, and distribute devices across locations
  • Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation
  • Escalate issues based on priority and collaborate with broader teams

About You

  • Experience in Level 1 IT support
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, Teams and general PC systems
  • Able to prioritise and stay organised under pressure
  • Strong communicator who can support non-technical users
  • Experience with device deployment, asset tracking or networking (desirable)

Requirements

  • Current Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to travel across various locations
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light manual handling
  • Willing to obtain a National Police Check

What Will Set You Apart

  • You're a clear, confident communicator
  • Calm, adaptable and solution-focused under pressure
  • Professional, reliable and able to work in a politically neutral environment
  • Strong team player who can handle sensitive and confidential information

Important to Know
Employment is subject to:

  • National Police Check
