About Your New Role
This is a high-profile leadership position responsible for delivering a major Microsoft Business Central transformation program across the APAC region.
Working closely with business leaders, technology teams, and external implementation partners, you will lead the migration from legacy ERP platforms to Microsoft Business Central, ensuring successful delivery across multiple countries and business units.

This role requires a hands-on Project Manager who can operate strategically while remaining close to delivery, stakeholder management, governance, and change activities throughout the program lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Microsoft Business Central transformation program
• Managing the migration from legacy ERP platforms into Microsoft Business Central
• Developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, governance frameworks, and delivery roadmaps
• Managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and critical delivery milestones
• Partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful outcomes
• Driving business readiness, change management, and user adoption activities
• Managing stakeholders across multiple countries and business units throughout APAC
• Providing regular reporting and strategic updates to the GM of Technology and executive leadership team
• Ensuring delivery outcomes align with broader business objectives and transformation goals

About You
You are an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record delivering Microsoft Business Central implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs within complex enterprise environments.
You thrive in fast-paced delivery environments, possess strong stakeholder management skills, and have the ability to lead large-scale ERP programs from planning through to successful implementation.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

• Proven end-to-end Microsoft Business Central project delivery experience
• Previous experience leading ERP upgrade, migration, or transformation programs
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Business Central and associated implementation challenges
• Experience working within complex enterprise or multi-site environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional delivery teams
• Strong governance, budget management, and risk management capability
• Experience leading business transformation and change initiatives alongside technology delivery
• A proactive, outcomes-focused approach with strong leadership capability

Please note: Direct Microsoft Business Central project delivery experience is considered essential for this position.
