Join a global financial services organisation supporting critical electronic trading platforms within a fast-paced markets environment. Working closely with traders, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders, you'll play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of front-office trading applications.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 production support for Equities trading applications.
• Investigate and resolve application, system, and infrastructure incidents.
• Monitor platform health and perform daily operational checks.
• Manage incidents, problems, and change activities to maintain system stability.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to drive issue resolution and service improvements.
• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
• Contribute to automation, operational excellence, and application resilience initiatives.
• Support a global follow-the-sun operating model.

About You

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting applications in Linux and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of FIX Protocol, Linux, Shell/Perl scripting, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with tools such as Geneos, Dynatrace, ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
