Centre Manager - Racing Simulator Centre 6210 (Mandurah)

Racing Simulator Centre 6210 is WA's leading full-motion racing simulator venue, based at 87 Reserve Drive, Mandurah. We're looking for one capable person to lead the centre and take it forward.

This role requires someone who genuinely knows their way around high-end simulator rigs and can build and operate them confidently. It also requires someone who enjoys running a venue and looking after guests.

The setup you'll be working with ( 8 Simulators )

You must have solid hands-on experience across our hardware and software. This is the core of the role and is non-negotiable:

• Simagic Alpha wheel base

• Simagic GT steering wheel

• VNM pedals

• Simagic DK2 motion system

• RTX 4070 gaming PC builds and maintenance

• Triple NVIDIA monitor setup and configuration

• SimHub

• SimPro

• Automobilista 2 (AMS2)

• Assetto Corsa

• iRacing

You need to be able to set up, calibrate, tune, and fault-find across this full stack. If you can't do that confidently, this role isn't the right fit.

Our Speedway simulators

We also have two custom-built Speedway simulators currently parked while we find the right person to operate them: a full-size custom-motion Sprintcar built in-house by RSC, and a Late Model sim we acquired operating and have since upgraded with modern software. Getting these back up and running is a key part of the role

What you'll do

• Build, configure, calibrate, and maintain all simulator hardware and software

• Run sessions and deliver a great experience across parties, corporate functions, bucks & hens, and school events

• Manage the day-to-day: bookings, opening and closing, customer service, presentation

• Help grow the business: spotting opportunities and lifting standards over time

The opportunity

This is a casual role with pay well above award for the right person. The centre currently trades Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, though we're happy to have a chat to the right person and adjust this slightly. • We are willing to pay the Right Rate for the Right Person, this will come down to you & what you have to offer this business

• South of The River desirable (willing to discuss paid Travel Time &/or Fuel for the perfect candidate outside of this district)
