About Windcave
We’ve been around since 1999, starting out in New Zealand and growing into a global leader in payment technology. Today, we operate in over 40 countries with a team of 400+ people, processing billions of transactions every year. We’ve built our own tech from scratch to handle everything from retail to finance and continue to hone our craft in this space, giving businesses a single, reliable platform for their payments.
The Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our team in the Sydney CBD. If you’re a recent graduate or looking to take your first real step into a technical career, this is a great place to start. You’ll be on the front lines helping our clients solve technical issues and making sure their payment systems run smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
Great communication: You can explain technical issues clearly to customers who might not be tech-savvy, and you genuinely enjoy helping people.
A natural curiosity: You are attentive to detail, enjoy finding smart solutions and rise to technical challenges.
Eagerness to learn: We don’t expect you to know everything on day one, but we do need you to be excited about picking up new systems and skills quickly.
A motivated team player: You enjoy collaborating with others, have great composure under pressure and happy to help carry the workload.
Qualifications & Background Checks:
A university degree (or equivalent qualification) OR some foundational experience working in the tech/product space.
Because we handle financial data and billions of transactions, all successful candidates will need to pass standard background screening, including credit, criminal, education, and employment checks.
What’s in it for you?
A foot in the door: Kickstart your tech career with one of the largest payment providers in the region.
Real training and mentoring: We offer thorough onboarding, hands-on training, and plenty of support from senior team members to help you grow.
A supportive culture: We focus on building a friendly environment where we look after our people and value everyone.
The essentials: A competitive salary alongside a structured hybrid work schedule.
Please note: We are prioritizing Australian citizens and permanent residents for this role.
How to apply: Send through your CV and a quick cover letter telling us why you’re interested in joining the Windcave team.
