Are you an experienced Fibre Terminator and Tester and ready to power the future of Australia’s renewable and industrial energy infrastructure?

RJE Global is expanding its workforce for the construction of large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), wind farms, and critical resource and power infrastructure projects nationwide. We're seeking motivated, safety-focused professionals to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact across multiple landmark projects.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Interpret site drawings and technical documentation for installation

• Inspection and handling of optical fibre cable and connectors

• Fault finding and repairs

• Fibre splicing

• Use OTDR, power meter and light source equipment

• Internal and external cable hauling

• Provide technical support and expert guidance to management team

• Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety requirements

What You'll Need:

• Valid Driver’s Licence

• Construction White Card

• Current Australian Cabling Licence (Open Registration)

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and random drug & alcohol testing

• Fibre Optic installation/testing experience

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Highly Regarded Skills & Qualifications:

• Leading Hand or Supervisory experience

• Cert III in Telecommunications

• Electrical licence highly regarded
